A few centuries ago, someone decided to invent a way to write down dances on paper, so as to then pass them on to other people to learn those dances by heart. Dance turned into a drawing and into a language one could read and pass on again to someone else’s body. From body to paper, from paper to body. It was like ‘dancing’ a language and ‘speaking’ a dance, not really knowing where one starts and the other ends.
